PC Homeworlds
Anthony, one of the Citizens of the Imperium, recently noted that by population, the median homeworld of an Imperial citizen was Pop 9 or A, Gov and Law both 9, and TL D, almost E. Using this observation as a starting point, and assuming that the typical PC would come from societies at least as oppressive as the median, the following list of homeworlds was drawn up.
